Soll es hier eher:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> <strong>klassisches Hatha Yoga,<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <strong>Vinyasa,<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/yin-yoga-online\">Yin Yoga<\/a> oder<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <strong>Ashtanga Yoga sein?<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Was_ist_also_Hatha_Yoga_und_welche_Vorteile_hat_es\"><\/span>Was ist also Hatha Yoga und welche Vorteile hat es?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oft ist man schon durch das Yogastudio inspiriert, in dem man Yoga praktiziert. Aber was, wenn man alles toll findet und sich nicht entscheiden kann. Welche Richtung, so stellt sich einem dann die Frage, m\u00f6chte ich gehen? Vielleicht ja den Weg der Hatha <a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/yogalehrer-online-ausbildung\">Yoga Ausbildung<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ha \u2013 bedeutet Sonne, Tha \u2013 bedeutet Mond, 2 Elemente die einander erg\u00e4nzen und brauchen um im Gleichgewicht zu sein. So braucht unser K\u00f6rper und unser Geist, den Aktiven und passiven Teil \u2013 Anspannung und Entspannung.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Eine klassische Hatha Yoga Stunde besteht jetzt mal ganz grob \u00fcberrissen, aus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n\tAsanas\n\t\u2013 Haltungen, \n\t\n\t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n\tAtemtechniken\n\tund\n\t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n\tEntspannung.\n\t\n\t\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\nAlso\nso eine Hatha Yoga Ausbildung bietet schon sehr viele Bereiche, um\nK\u00f6rper und Geist der Yogis ganzheitlich in Einklang zu bringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Was_gehoert_alles_zu_Hatha_Yoga\"><\/span>Was geh\u00f6rt alles zu Hatha Yoga?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nIm\nWesten wird haupts\u00e4chlich Hatha Yoga praktiziert, ob es sich dabei\nnun um: \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n\tVinyasa,\n\t\n\t\n\t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n\tSivananda,\n\t\n\t\n\t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n\tAshtanga,\n\t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/yin-yoga-online\">Yin Yoga<\/a>, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n\tFlow,\n\t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n\tBikram\n\tetc. handelt.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> In all diesen Yogarichtungen werden die klassischen Elemente ge\u00fcbt, allerdings mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten, Tempi, Anzahl der Asanas, Reihenfolge etc. Bei einer klassischen Hatha Yoga Ausbildung erlernt man die Haltungen eine nach der anderen mit den Yogis zu praktizieren. Man verweilt in den Haltungen und l\u00e4sst die Asana wirken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was nat\u00fcrlich klasse ist, weil man, in der Zeit, in der der\/die Yogi\/ni in der Haltung ist, Korrekturen direkt am Teilnehmenden vornehmen kann. Oder man sagt die Korrekturen verbal an, was den Vorteil hat, dass jeder nochmal seine Haltung korrigiert, weil sich alle angesprochen f\u00fchlen \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Der erste Ausbildungsteil ist in der Freeway Online Yoga Ausbildung eine klassische Yoga Ausbildung<\/strong>, hier werden die Haltungen Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt erkl\u00e4rt und erlernt.
