Ob nun in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zeitungen,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modezeitschriften,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fernsehen oder im Radio,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00fcberall kann man etwas \u00fcber Yoga erfahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn man die Yogis die neu sind fragt ob sie schon mal Yoga gemacht haben, wird dies meist bejaht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/yoga-shop-online\/yin-yoga-online-training\">Yin Yoga<\/a> gibt es noch einige die es nicht kennen, oder mal probiert haben, zumal manche vielleicht den Eindruck haben, dass hier wenig passiert. M\u00f6chte man meinen aaaaaber \ud83d\ude09&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"was-ist-dieses-yin-yoga-ist-das-wie-hatha-yoga\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Was_ist_dieses_Yin_Yoga_%E2%80%93_ist_das_wie_Hatha_Yoga\"><\/span>Was ist dieses Yin Yoga &#8211; ist das wie Hatha Yoga?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es kommt aus dem Hause <a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/yogalehrer-online-ausbildung\">Hatha Yoga<\/a>, die Asanas, so nennen wir die Haltungen, werden hier nur l\u00e4nger, n\u00e4mlich zwischen <strong>1,5-5 Minuten<\/strong>, gehalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Erreicht werden soll, mit dem verweilen in den Yin Yoga Asanas, dass das tiefer liegende,  oder verh\u00e4rtete Bindegewebe angesprochen wird, die <strong>Faszien<\/strong> ebenso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ebenfalls werden die <strong>Meridiane<\/strong>  Engergiekan\u00e4le, stimuliert und aktiviert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Meridiane sind mit den Organen verbunden, wenn durch die Asanas die Energie wieder richtig durch die <strong>Energiekan\u00e4le<\/strong> flie\u00dfen kann, werden die Organe entlastet und k\u00f6nnen wieder richtig arbeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-magic-content-box-content-box aligncenter Wobei man kann schon auch im Stehen Yin praktizieren &#8211; dazu aber mehr ein anderes Mal \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der gro\u00dfe Unterschied ist, der K\u00f6rper wird nicht mit Kraftaufwand in eine Haltung gebracht oder gehalten, sondern wir lassen los und der K\u00f6rper findet seinen Weg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was manchmal wirklich ganz eigene Formen hervorbringt.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"170\" src=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/yin-yoga-asanas-online-1-300x170.jpg\" alt=\"Yin Yoga Asanas auf dem Boden\" class=\"wp-image-847\" title=\"Yin Yoga Asanas auf dem Boden\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durch gezielten und sinnvollen Einsatz von Equipment, unterst\u00fctzen wir den K\u00f6rper bei seiner Arbeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und das kann mitunter wirklich sehr anstrengend sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir lassen nicht einfach nur los und versteigen uns in Gedanken, was ja manchmal schon toll ist ;o).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sondern wir arbeiten gezielt mit unserem K\u00f6rper, mit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Empfindungen,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gef\u00fchlen,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enge, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der K\u00f6rper wir flexibler, geschmeidiger und das wirklich aus der Tiefe heraus, das z\u00e4he Gef\u00fchl in den Muskeln verschwindet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit gezielten Atem\u00fcbungen und <strong>Mudras<\/strong> (Fingeryoga) k\u00f6nnen wir das Ganze noch unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kann-ich-das-auch\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kann_ich_das_auch\"><\/span>Kann ich das auch?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr die Yin Yoga Asanas brauchst du keine Vorkenntnisse, jedoch macht es immer Sinn seinen Arzt zu fragen, grade wenn man Verletzungen hatte oder hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Vorgespr\u00e4ch mit dem Yogalehrer ist immer sinnvoll, damit er wei\u00df auf was er bei dir zu achten hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und dann kann es eigentlich schon losgehen mit yogen\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Da w\u00fcnsche ich dir doch viel Spa\u00df dabei.<\/strong><br>Herzliche Gr\u00fc\u00dfe \u262f<br>namast\u00e9<br>Jane<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yin Yoga Asanas \u2013 das friedliche Yoga Die wunderbare Welt des Yoga ist so bunt Yoga ist mittlerweile wirklich \u00fcberall zugegen.
