Und irgendwie ist es immer ein wenig oder auch sehr abweichend, von dem, wie man es liest. FLOW \ud83d\udc9b<\/span><\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Das habe ich jetzt mal recherchiert und so habe ich es verstanden \ud83e\udd13 :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menopause kommt aus dem Griechischen und bedeutet, wenn man es in zwei Teile zerlegt, &#8222;meno&#8220; Monat und &#8222;pausis&#8220; Ende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Grob_kann_man_dies_in_drei_%E2%80%9EPhasen%E2%80%9C_teilen\"><\/span>Grob kann man dies in drei \u201ePhasen\u201c teilen:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e4-Menopause<\/strong>, zwischen dem 35. und 42. Lebensjahr (erste Anzeichen werden oft gar nicht so recht bemerkt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Peri-Menopause<\/strong>, zwischen dem 42. und 49. Lebensjahr (Ver\u00e4nderungen und Schwankungen im Hormonhaushalt vermehren sich Hitze, Schlafst\u00f6rungen etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Post- Menopause<\/strong>, die wird zwischen dem 49. bis zum 65. Lebensjahr gesetzt. (12 Monate, nach der letzten Regelblutung, die \u00d6strogenproduktion wir nach und nach eingestellt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Also eigentlich ist man schon irgendwie dabei, wenn man es gar nicht unbedingt wei\u00df oder so richtig wahrnimmt. Grade in der Peri-Menopause ist man so mittendrin im Leben und besch\u00e4ftigt mit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Familie,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kindern,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haushalt,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Job,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>und Freizeit, dass man oft gar nicht so recht die Anzeichen des \u201eWandels\u201c wahrnimmt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Nicht_nur_Yoga_in_der_Menopause_auch_davor_danach_immer_%F0%9F%98%89\"><\/span>Nicht nur Yoga in der Menopause, auch davor, danach, immer \ud83d\ude09<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich haben wir im Yoga Haltungen, die nochmal speziell auf die Hormone und die individuellen Bed\u00fcrfnisse in dieser Zeit, oder besser Zeiten, eingehen. Aber eigentlich ist eine Yogastunde so aufgebaut,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>dass alle, oder sagen wir mal viele Bereiche schon angesprochen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da braucht es manchmal vielleicht einen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/vinyasa-flow-ausbildung\">Vinyasa Flow<\/a>, der uns auspowert und in dem wir k\u00f6rperlich Gef\u00fchlen und Stimmungen ein Ventil geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f6glicherweise dann mal wieder eine klassische <a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/yogalehrer-online-ausbildung\">Hatha<\/a> &#8211; Stunde, die jede Haltung einzeln wirken l\u00e4sst und wir bleiben, halten, atmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oder eben eine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/yin-yoga-ausbildung-online\">Yin Yoga<\/a>, Nidra, Meditations \u2013 Stunde, in der wir einfach in aller Ruhe sehen und sp\u00fcren k\u00f6nnen, wie es so in uns aussieht. Und dementsprechend kann man auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse, W\u00fcnsche oder auch Notwendigkeiten eingehen.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/wandel.jpg\" alt=\"wandel\" class=\"wp-image-3542\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/wandel.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/wandel-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">&#8230;nichts ist best\u00e4ndiger als der Wandel&#8230;\ud83d\ude4f\ud83c\udffd<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Eine_sehr_aktive_Pause\"><\/span>Eine sehr aktive Pause<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoga kann uns in allen Lebensphasen, Abschnitten, Bereichen eine ganz unglaublich gro\u00dfe Hilfe, Begleitung und St\u00fctze sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Praxis, die immer wieder an die jeweiligen Bed\u00fcrfnisse des K\u00f6rpers ohne Kopf \ud83d\ude09, was will ich vs was brauche ich, angepasst wird, das geht im Yoga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoga ist eine ganzheitliche Lebensphilosophie, die nicht nur Asanas ist. Hierzu mehr in meinem Artikel \u00fcber <a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/blog\/yamas-und-niyamas\/\">Patanjali<\/a>, hier im Blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taucht man in die Welt des Yoga ein, so stellt man vielleicht fest, dass es darum geht f\u00fcr sich gut zu sorgen, um das durch die eigene Praxis und Erfahrung auch ins au\u00dfen zu tragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also das eigene \u00dcbungsfeld und das ist, wie ich finde eine ganz gro\u00dfe Herausforderung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich denke und da sind wir uns vielleicht einig, Asanas alleine machen jetzt die Menopause nicht komplett \u00dcbergangslos und easy-peasy, alles ist gut. Eher, wenn wir es ganzheitlich, also aus yogischer Sicht betrachten, dann beinhaltet dies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Besuche beim Arzt (check up \u2013 so wichtig \u2013 f\u00fcr alle)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gesunde Ern\u00e4hrung (auch mal einen cheating eating day \ud83c\udf5f\ud83c\udf70\ud83d\ude09)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gen\u00fcgend Schlaf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bewegung &#8211; Yoga (und an der frischen Luft &#8211; ATMEN)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positiv Thinking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Austausch mit Anderen <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ruhepausen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoga ist, wie oben schon kurz erw\u00e4hnt, eine ganzheitliche Philosophie, die uns in allen Lebensabschnitten ein toller Begleiter sein kann.
