Irgendwie ist dieses Thema auch unersch\u00f6pflich&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Immer wieder sch\u00f6n dar\u00fcber zu schreiben und ich hoffe doch auch dar\u00fcber zu lesen\ud83d\ude0d\ud83d\ude09&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Das_ist_ja_%E2%80%93_wow_viel%E2%80%A6\"><\/span>Das ist ja \u2013 wow, viel&#8230;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stimmt, denn wir tun an einem Tag rund <strong>20.000<\/strong> Atemz\u00fcge. Ganz sch\u00f6n interessant, denn wie viele davon machen wir bewusst?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich muss das automatisch passieren und das ist auch gut so. 50<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Bronchien sind, mit all ihren Verzweigungen in der Lunge 700 Meter! Lang<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ich k\u00f6nnte jetzt noch so viel Erstaunliches \u00fcber die Lunge schreiben, aber das w\u00fcrde den Rahmen sprengen. Also gerne mal ein bisschen im Computer zum Surfen gehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Do_Yoga_%E2%80%93_and_all_is_coming\"><\/span>Do Yoga \u2013 and all is coming<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Am besten ist die Kombination Yoga und Pranayama, was grade am Anfang eher hei\u00dfen soll, Asanas plus Atmung und Pranayama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Was_genau_ist_Pranayama\"><\/span>Was genau ist Pranayama?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prana, <\/strong>die Lebensenergie durch die wir in der Lage sind am Leben zu sein und zu bleiben, wenn wir sie regelm\u00e4\u00dfig aufnehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pranaenergie die Lebensenergie, finden wir in der Luft, die wir atmen, im Wasser\/Fl\u00fcssigkeiten und in der Nahrung, kurz gesagt in allem, was Leben oder eine Schwingung enth\u00e4lt. Je besser also die Qualit\u00e4t ist, die wir K\u00f6rper, Geist und Seele zuf\u00fchren, desto besser wird unser Prana gen\u00e4hrt, unsere Lebensbatterie wird aufgef\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcgen wir nun \u201e<strong>Ayama<\/strong>\u201c hinzu, was so viel wie \u201ekontrollieren\u201c und \u201eerweitern\u201c bedeutet, dann meinen wir hier die bewusst gesteuerte Regulierung und Vertiefung der Atmung, um die Lebensenergie hierdurch zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" src=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/pranayama-uebung.jpg\" alt=\"pranayama-uebung\" class=\"wp-image-3405\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/pranayama-uebung.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/pranayama-uebung-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Technik und Spa\u00df &#8211; nehmen wir! \ud83c\udf88\ud83c\udf88\ud83c\udf88<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_wie_Anfang_und_ATEM\"><\/span>A wie Anfang und ATEM<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/yoga-erste-schritte\">Beginnen wir mit Yoga<\/a>, so werden wir, in den meisten F\u00e4llen, in einer Stunde automatisch mit einem tieferen Atem bekannt gemacht, denn darum geht es uns. Atem und Bewegung flie\u00dfen gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig, tief und ruhig. Und wiederum \u00fcber den Atem nehmen wir Kontakt nach innen auf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er begleitet uns dabei, in der Ruhe anzukommen und weit dar\u00fcber hinaus, in der Meditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du siehst also Yoga und Pranayama sind ein wichtiges Team und du wirst sehen, wenn du Yoga und die Atem\u00fcbungen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig praktizierst, dann wirst du die positive Wirkung schon sehr bald sp\u00fcren.
