Es ist nicht ganz so easy peasy, denn richtig atmen will gelernt sein, klar gibt es hierf\u00fcr was richtig Tolles aus dem Yoga, n\u00e4mlich Pranayama f\u00fcr Anf\u00e4nger.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn ich so an meine ersten Yogastunden denke, da hatte ich enorme M\u00fche der Stunde zu folgen, den Sonnengru\u00df halbwegs mitzuturnen und mich auf meiner Yogamatte zu sortieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da war kein Gedanke an einen ruhigen, gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen und tiefen Atem, der ist halt wie immer irgendwie dabei gewesen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tats\u00e4chlich waren aber immer kleine Atem\u00fcbungen dabei, die auch sehr wohltuend waren, das war mein erstes Pranayama f\u00fcr Anf\u00e4nger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div zu&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sp\u00fcren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lokalisieren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wahrzunehmen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vertiefen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lenken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kontrollieren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>beherrschen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles Worte, die, wenn man Pranayama regelm\u00e4\u00dfig praktiziert, vollkommen gel\u00e4ufig und gut in die Praxis umsetzbar sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allerdings beginnt dies f\u00fcr viele, die das erste Mal Atem\u00fcbungen praktizieren, mit der Frage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Moment_mal_wo_ist_eigentlich_mein_Atem\"><\/span>Moment mal, wo ist eigentlich mein Atem?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Und diese Frage ist v\u00f6llig richtig und wichtig, denn wohinein soll ich denn den Atem schicken, wenn ich gar nicht wei\u00df, wo der so ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit beginnt Pranayama f\u00fcr Anf\u00e4nger, den Atem erst einmal wahrzunehmen, ihn zu beobachten und das ganz wertungsfrei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Kopf wei\u00df ja meistens schon wie und wo, weil er es gelesen oder geh\u00f6rt hat und man oft auch das Bestreben hat alles richtigzumachen. Aber lassen wir doch mal den Kopf f\u00fcr einen Moment beiseite \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bleibt das sp\u00fcren, herausfinden, forschen und entdecken, das vielleicht eine richtige Herausforderung darstellt, weil man den Atem einfach nicht dort findet, wo er sein soll oder man ihn vermutet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Warum_ist_das_so\"><\/span>Warum ist das so?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine von soooo vielen M\u00f6glichkeiten w\u00e4re, dass man den Fokus eher nach innen richtet und hier hineinlauscht und sp\u00fcrt. Na ja, also es gibt ja immer Naturtalente, ich bin definitiv keines, wenn es um die Atmung geht \u2013 SATYA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Aber_hier_kommen_die_%F0%9F%93%A2_GOOOD_NEWS\"><\/span>Aber, hier kommen die \ud83d\udce2 GOOOD NEWS<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es bedarf gar nicht lange, um den Atem zu vertiefen und dorthin flie\u00dfen zu lassen, wo man zum Beispiel Energie braucht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und dann bekommen auch die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/yoga-online\">Asanas<\/a> eine ganz andere Bedeutung und Qualit\u00e4t, wenn n\u00e4mlich Atem und Bewegung im Fluss sind, ein sehr cooler Moment \ud83d\ude0e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also gleich mal mit Pranayama f\u00fcr Anf\u00e4nger beginnen und dann advanced weiteratmen.
