Das erinnert an Begebenheiten, Feiern, Treffen, die man sich schnell weiter w\u00fcnscht. Da ist die Zeit einfach zu kostbar, oder?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Allerdings \u00e4ndert sich vieles, eigentlich alles, wenn es diesen Hintergrund hat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>\u201eTradition ist das Sch\u00fcren des Feuers und nicht Anbetung der Asche\u201c. Jean Jaures<\/em> \ud83d\udd25<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es bleibt etwas lebendig und bringt Freude, eine Geschichte die erz\u00e4hlt werden m\u00f6chte und man auch gerne erz\u00e4hlt, ein Ritual (mehr religi\u00f6ser Hintergrund) oder eine Zeremonie (ohne religi\u00f6sen Hintergrund) die man mit Freude zelebriert. Damit bedanke ich mich f\u00fcr den Tag, schlie\u00dfe aber damit auch etwas ab. Das ist wichtig f\u00fcr mich, denn sonst kreisen die Gedanken \u2013 endlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier also die Kurzfassung f\u00fcr Tage, an denen man gerne ein wenig mehr Licht ins Dunkel einladen m\u00f6chte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du k\u00f6nntest dein pers\u00f6nliches Arati am Anfang deiner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/yoga-challenge-online\">Yogapraxis<\/a> machen, vielleicht magst du auch R\u00e4ucherst\u00e4bchen, R\u00e4ucherwerk, eine Aromalampe oder den Diffuser verwenden, das w\u00e4re eine M\u00f6glichkeit. Einfach alles, was dir ein Wohlgef\u00fchl vermittelt und dir einen ganz besonderen Moment an deinem Tag schenkt. Mache ihn dir einfach zum Geschenk \ud83c\udf81. Oder wie meine liebe Kollegin zu sagen pflegte: \u201eG\u00f6nn dir\u201c. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finde dich auf deiner Matte ein und vielleicht magst du ja dein Motto oder Mantra des Tages einladen. Entz\u00fcnde eine Kerze und kreise sie dreimal im Uhrzeigersinn und dreimal gegen den Uhrzeigersinn und rezitiere bei jedem Kreis dabei dein Mantra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stelle die Kerze behutsam auf einen sicheren Platz in der N\u00e4he deiner Matte und lasse dich w\u00e4hrend der Praxis von ihrem Licht begleiten.
