Finger Yoga machen<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn wir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/yoga-online\">Yoga<\/a> sagen, dann meinen die meisten von uns damit, <strong>Matte ausrollen, in bequeme Kleidung schl\u00fcpfen, Platz, Raum und Zeit haben.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoga kann man, wenn wir auf der k\u00f6rperlichen Ebene bleiben, aber im Hinterkopf behalten das Yoga alles ist, auf die unterschiedlichste Art und Weise praktizieren, um einen recht gleichen Effekt zu erhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vielleicht, denkt der eine oder andere jetzt, ach das ist wieder so was Kompliziertes da braucht man bestimmt wieder zig B\u00fccher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Handzeichen_geben\"><\/span>Handzeichen geben<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mudras sind so praktisch wie der Atem, man hat sie eigentlich immer dabei und macht sie auch manchmal automatisch.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/apan-mudra.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/apan-mudra-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-316\"\/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Das reinigende Apan Mudra f\u00fcr den Fr\u00fchling wie passend<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Sie werden \u00fcberwiegend mit den H\u00e4nden und Fingern praktiziert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laurent und ich waren vor kurzem hier in Tours in einer Ausstellung, die die Verschiedensten Handwerksk\u00fcnste und Z\u00fcnften zeigte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da hing ein Foto mit zwei H\u00e4nden drauf, und darunter stand meine Werkzeuge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mehr braucht man f\u00fcr die Mudras nicht, nur seine H\u00e4nde und Finger, und egal wo man ist beim Zahnarzt, da gibt es \u00fcbrigens auch eine Mudra f\u00fcr, in der U-Bahn, oder wenn man auf etwas wartet, es gibt immer eine M\u00f6glichkeit und die Zeit, sie zu praktizieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mudra bedeutet auf Sanskrit Siegel, es hat aber auch noch mehrere Bedeutungen, wie z.B. \u201c das was Freude bringt\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich finde den Gedanken mit einer Handgeste etwas zu besiegeln, sehr sch\u00f6n, in einer konkreten Haltung ankommen und verweilen, um von der Wirkung zu profitieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An dieser Stelle: Wer tiefer in diese Wunderbare Welt eintauchen m\u00f6chte, dem sei <strong>Gertrude Hirschi<\/strong> ans Herz gelegt.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/yin-yoga-online\"><img class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mudras_%E2%80%93_ein_Schluessel_zu_vielen_Tueren\"><\/span>Mudras \u2013 ein Schl\u00fcssel zu vielen T\u00fcren<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wer regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Mudras praktiziert wird die Wirkung des <strong>Handyogas<\/strong> sehr bald sp\u00fcren, \u00fcber die verschiedenen Haltungen der H\u00e4nde und Finger werden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meridiane,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reflexzonen,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chakren, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>aktiviert (um nur einen kleinen Teil zu nennen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am besten probierst du es gleich mal aus.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright\"><a
