Warum gibt es dann aber gezielt Gesundheitsyoga und macht das einen gro\u00dfen Unterschied?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das hat nichts mit besser oder schlechter zu tun, sondern die Art und Weise des Praktizierens ist einfach anders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das sehen wir uns doch mal genauer an&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Was_macht_also_das_Gesundheitsyoga_aus\"><\/span>Was macht also das Gesundheitsyoga aus?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt bestimmt viele gute Gr\u00fcnde Yoga zu praktizieren, der K\u00f6rper wird gedehnt, gestreckt und gest\u00e4rkt, der Geist kommt mehr zur Ruhe und die Seele empfindet einen Moment des Friedens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei vielen bleibt es aber vorerst eher beim K\u00f6rper, es f\u00fchlt sich einfach gut an, Verspannungen l\u00f6sen sich und man ist f\u00fcr eine Weile die Beschwerden los.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oft stellt sich nach einer Yogastunde ein tiefer erholsamer Schlaf ein, man kann sich besser konzentrieren, grade, wenn man regelm\u00e4\u00dfig praktiziert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-magic-content-box-content-box Aerial Yoga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power Yoga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hot Yoga<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie gesagt, nur ein paar Beispiele, die Liste k\u00f6nnte jetzt ewig so weiter gehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gesundheitsyoga bleibt nat\u00fcrlich auch im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/yogalehrer-online-ausbildung\">Hatha Yoga<\/a> Bereich, allerdings wird hier gezielt auf die individuellen Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Yogis eingegangen wie z. Jemand, der aber gerne in der W\u00e4rme praktiziert, gerne bei seinem Workout schwitzt, herausfordernd praktiziert und auch keine k\u00f6rperlichen Einschr\u00e4nkungen hat, wird diese Art Yoga m\u00f6gen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach Verletzungen, Beschwerden oder k\u00f6rperlichen Einschr\u00e4nkungen wird oft in Absprache mit dem Arzt oder Physiotherapeuten, mit Yoga der zweiten Liste praktiziert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oft mit speziellen Haltungen oder auch Variationen, mit Equipment und eben auch Yogalehrern die darauf spezialisiert sind bzw. schon sehr lange Yogis begleiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt wirklich f\u00fcr jeden eine geeignete Yogaart, es ist nur eine Frage der Dosis, des eigenen Rhythmus und einer achtsamen Praxis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vielleicht auf bald zu einer ganz entspannten Yin Yoga Session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Herzliche Gr\u00fc\u00dfe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namaste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jane<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eigentlich hei\u00dft es doch, dass Yoga generell gut f\u00fcr die Gesundheit ist.
