Seit einigen Wochen lerne ich die Asanas auf Franz\u00f6sisch, da ich selbst in einen Yogakurs gehe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe schon von meiner ersten Yogastunde in Tours berichtet in der die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/blog\/ausbildung-yogalehrerin\/\">Yogalehrerin<\/a> mich freundlich gefragt hat, wie die Haltung auf Englisch hei\u00dfen w\u00fcrde, in der alle&nbsp; anderen schon waren, ich aber nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, dachte ich mir, lerne doch mal die Haltungen auf Franz\u00f6sisch, um eines Tags eventuell auch mal Kurse in dieser sch\u00f6nen Sprache geben zu d\u00fcrfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image wp-image-269 size-large\"><figure class=\"alignleft\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/jane-yoga-tours-938x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-269\"\/><figcaption>Wenn alles schl\u00e4ft und einer spricht, dann ist Savasana in Sicht. ;o)<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ein_geheimer_Wunsch\"><\/span>Ein geheimer Wunsch<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich hatte im Voraus, als ich noch in M\u00fcnchen war, schon im <strong>Centre Franco-Allemand in Tours<\/strong> angefragt, ob vielleicht Interesse bestehen w\u00fcrde an einem Yogakurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es entstand ein toller Kontakt mit <strong>Eliane Lebret<\/strong>, die hier in Tours das, Centre Franco-Allemand de Touraine, leitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und tats\u00e4chlich wurde aus einem geheimen Wunsch Wirklichkeit, es war Interesse da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sogar ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes, da es eigentlich noch kein Yoga auf Deutsch in Tours gab, bis jetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Das_Fussgewoelbe_oder_Voute_plantaire\"><\/span>Das Fu\u00dfgew\u00f6lbe oder Vo\u00fbte plantaire<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Letztes Wochenende war es dann soweit, ich habe 2 Schnupperkurse im gegeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In den Kursen waren sowohl, Deutsche, als auch Franzosen, die die deutsche Sprache erlernen, vertiefen oder einfach mal wieder h\u00f6ren wollten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es entstand daraus ein Kurs am Samstag f\u00fcr 2 Monate und wenn\u00b4s gef\u00e4llt machen wir weiter :o).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Irgendwie mischt sich das deutsche mit dem franz\u00f6sischen und andersrum, und nebenbei lernen wir auch noch ein wenig Sanskrit, und wiedermal best\u00e4tigt sich die Flexibilit\u00e4t des Yoga. Cool :o)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nur kurz am Rande, wenn du jetzt in Tours lebst, M\u00fcnchen w\u00e4re jetzt ein bisserl zu weit, und dabei sein m\u00f6chtest bei den Yogastunden und noch ein Pl\u00e4tzchen frei ist, ja dann mich einfach kurz anschreiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Namaste_bleibt_Namaste\"><\/span>Namast\u00e9 bleibt Namast\u00e9<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich verneige mich vor der wunderbaren Welt des Yoga, in der man so viele M\u00f6glichkeiten, und immer wieder neue Wege findet, und sie auch beschreiten darf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe in all den Jahren, in denen ich Yoga sowohl praktiziere als auch unterrichte, so viel lernen d\u00fcrfen, und das tolle daran, das ist erst der Anfang ;o)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem Sinne namast\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Big dr\u00fcckt dich die<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jane<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yoga auf Deutsch in Tours Und ich habe die gro\u00dfe Ehre, dies zu unterrichten.
