So brauchen die Knie vielleicht ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit und auch der untere R\u00fccken. Schauen wir uns die Haltung doch gleich mal genauer an \ud83d\udd0e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Die_Tor_macht_weit_%E2%80%93_Parighasana\"><\/span>Die Tor macht weit \u2013 Parighasana<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn wir Yoga lernen oder besser gesagt die Yoga Asanas lernen, dann beginnen wir oft mit Variationen, also Haltungen, die nicht gleich ganz so tief hineingehen. Auch nehmen wir oft Hilfsmittel, entweder wirklich Equipment wie Block und Gurt, aber auch unsere Arme k\u00f6nnen eine Variation unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parighasana w\u00fcrde ich jetzt als etwas mehr fortgeschrittene Asana f\u00fcr Anf\u00e4nger einstufen, da sie, auch in der Variation, schon recht fordernd sein kann. Bei dieser Seitbeuge, m\u00fcssen n\u00e4mlich die Bauchmuckis mitmachen, um den unteren R\u00fccken zu unterst\u00fctzen. Die H\u00fcfte wird hier zur Seite ge\u00f6ffnet und die Knie werden belastet, da diese Haltung aus dem Kniestand heraus entsteht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hat man mal den Bogen raus, ist sie einfach nur ausgestrecktem Bein, dann hast du ganz recht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe eine Variante davon gew\u00e4hlt, denn wenn das Bein gestreckt ist, dann kann es sein, dass man zu sehr in die Seitbeuge \u201eknickt\u201c, weil kein Halt da ist.
