Dann erst einmal herzlich willkommen bei be your dream \ud83d\ude0a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Yoga_in_der_neuen_Stadt\"><\/span>Yoga in der neuen Stadt<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seit kurzem leben Laurent und ich im sch\u00f6nen Leipzig, genau gesagt in Gohlis S\u00fcd und wir sind sehr begeistert von dieser tollen Stadt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zuf\u00e4llig unterrichte ich auch Yoga, also treffen diese drei Worte, Yoga Leipzig Gohlis, komplett auf mich zu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich darf Yogis seit 2008 begleiten und das tue ich mit sehr viel Spa\u00df und Freude. \u00dcber die Jahre haben sich zum klassischen Hatha Yoga, auch Vinyasa Flow und Yin Yoga dazugesellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vom eigenen Studio in M\u00fcnchen \u00fcber online Yoga, und online Ausbildungen, bis hin zu Yoga in Frankreich, wo wir 5 Jahre gelebt haben, durfte ich alles entdecken. Jetzt geht es darum, Yoga in Leipzig und vor allem in Gohlis zu entdecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Good_neighbourhood\"><\/span>Good neighbourhood!<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du jetzt sagst, oh cool, in Gohlis wohne oder arbeite ich und w\u00fcrde gerne Yoga machen, dann bist du hier genau richtig, ich gebe n\u00e4mlich:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gruppenstunden im Studio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Firmenyoga Einzel- oder kleine Gruppe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Homeyoga Einzelstunde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Homeyoga Freunde und Familie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Im Sommer auch Parkyoga \ud83c\udf1e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Da, wo mich mein Rad hinbringen kann, komme ich zum gemeinsamen yogen vorbei.
