Ausbildung mit Jane<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Genau genommen ist es die <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/vinyasa-flow-ausbildung\">Freeway Vinyasa Flow<\/a><\/strong> Yoga Ausbildung und noch zus\u00e4tzlich online, die ich im Fr\u00fchjahr 2020 machen durfte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das nat\u00fcrlich wie immer mit ganz viel Hilfe vom Laurent, der sich um alles, was auch immer man auf der Internetseite sieht und h\u00f6rt, k\u00fcmmert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Der steht auch immer hinter der Kamera und danach bearbeitet er alles&#8230;puh, so viel Geduld und einen noch l\u00e4ngeren Atem \u2013 an dieser Stelle, MERCI \u2764.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eigentlich wollte ich nach der Yin Yoga Zusatzausbildung eine riesige Pause machen, oder gar keine Ausbildungen oder Programme mehr schreiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit zwei Dingen hatte ich aber nicht gerechnet, Corona und dem Lockdown, der uns sehr sehr viel Zeit verschaffte und ja, die gro\u00dfe Freude, die mit der Zeit gewachsen ist, Ausbildungen oder Yogaprogramme zu realisieren \u2013 THAT&#8217;S FUUUN!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denn wenn es fertig ist, dann wandert Citta \u2013 der in meinem Fall ein eher unruhiger Geist ist, umher und m\u00f6chte etwas tun, erschaffen und kreativ sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So ist also die Vinyasa Flow Yoga Ausbildung entstanden, die eine <strong>Zusatzausbildung<\/strong> ist und auf einer vorangegangenen Yogaausbildung aufbaut \u2013 der <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-your-dream.com\/yogalehrer-online-ausbildung\">Freeway unter Zusatzausbildung<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Freeway Vinayasa Flow Yoga Ausbildung wird eine gute Kenntnis in folgenden Bereichen vorausgesetzt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Asanas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e4dagogik<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anatomie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Philosophie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Energie (Mudras, Pranayama, Entspannungstechniken etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Da die fordernde und dynamische Vinyasa Flow Form schon auch eine Herausforderung ist, wenn man bedenkt, dass man in k\u00fcrzester Zeit,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alignement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hands on,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Asanas ansagen,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Yogis beobachten,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>all dies unter einen Hut bringen soll, da ist man besch\u00e4ftigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allerdings gibt es auch komplette Ausbildungen die gleich auf Vinyasa Flow aufgebaut sind \u2013 das ist auch wieder eine wunderbare M\u00f6glichkeit, denn alles hat seinen Platz, das ist mir immer wichtig dies zu bemerken.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Alles im Sinne von Yoga und Achtsamkeit ist wundervoll!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viele meiner Yogis die die Zusatzausbildung machen, sind bereits Lehrer, kommen aus dem Bereich klassisches Hatha Yoga und m\u00f6chten ihren Unterricht dynamischer gestalten, oder wollen ihr Angebot erweitern und w\u00e4hlen deshalb diese Form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Was_beinhaltet_die_Freeway_Vinyasa_Flow_Yoga_Ausbildung\"><\/span>Was beinhaltet die Freeway Vinyasa Flow Yoga Ausbildung<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mir war es wichtig eine Ausbildung zu schaffen, die Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt erkl\u00e4rt, wie man Asanas und Atem zu einer harmonischen, dynamischen Stunde verbindet und das mit viel Spa\u00df und Freude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es geht darum den Yogi auf der Matte dabei zu begleiten besser ihn entdecken zu lassen, wie man Bandhas h\u00e4lt, Ujjayi Atmung praktiziert und dabei nicht aus der Puste kommt ;o) ein L\u00e4cheln noch zus\u00e4tzlich; perfekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Man kann wirklich sowohl mit (Anf\u00e4nger) Newcomer Gruppen als auch mit Fortgeschrittenen Yogis praktizieren, da wir auch weiterf\u00fchrende Asanas mit im Programm haben und auch dementsprechend fordernde Stunden im \u201ehauseigenen\u201c Pool zu finden sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles zusammen habe ich auf ca. 70+ Stunden gesetzt, weil es einfach viel viel viel \u00dcbung f\u00fcr einen selbst ist, erst mal eben nicht aus der Puste zu kommen ;o), (das ist wirklich eine Herausforderung \u2013 hier spricht Erfahrung) und eine Stunde in einem gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen, harmonischen Flow zu halten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn man mal den Dreh raus hat, dann ist das
