Yoga: Discover the path to inner peace and equanimity
Yoga looks, feels and means something different to everyone. That is what makes it so interesting, vital and fun to discover over and over again.
This individuality makes Yoga so unique. Yoga has a refreshing, relaxing and calming effect on your body, spirit and soul.
You decide where your Yoga path leads and all paths are open. It is an honor and great pleasure for me to accompany you on your path.
I consciously keep my Yoga groups small (max. 11 people) to emphasize a healthy and correct alignment of all asanas. This approach includes using props (blocks and straps), if necessary.
In 2007 I completed my Yoga teacher training and started teaching in 2008. I am inspired by different Yoga styles which have all evolved from Hatha Yoga. I enjoy teaching in two languages (German and English).

- Monday: 17:45-19:15 (Basic) - 19:30-21:00 (Yoga I)
- Tuesday: 19:45-21:15 (Yoga I)
- Wednesday: 19:00-20:30 (Yoga I)
- Thursday: 9:00-10:30 (Yoga I) - 18:30-20:00 (Yoga I)
- Saturday: workshops 1 time a month (every last Saturdays of the month - Yoga XXL & Yoga back to back)
- Sunday: 18:00-19:30 (Yoga I)
The studio is open 15 minutes before/after the class.
Prices
Point system: 1 day ticket/5times/10times/20times (classes are 90 minutes).
Trial class 10€ (reduced price 8€ for pupils/students, senior citizens and unemployed people). This offer is valid once and for any new students.
1 day ticket: 16€
Convenient for all of those who want to treat themselves to a Yoga class once in a while.
5 times ticket: 70€
Valid for 2 months from date of issue.
10 times ticket: 130€ (reduced price 80€ for pupils/students, senior citizens and unemployed people). Valid for 4 months from date of issue.
20 times ticket: 240€. Valid for 6 months from date of issue.
(5/10/20 point tickets are transferable, except for the reduced 10 times ticket. Left over balance cannot be paid out.

You can choose between 7 different classes (first come, first serve).
The card is valid for one year.
